National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

NDIS Support

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing the lives of Australians with permanent and significant disabilities. By providing personalised support and services, the NDIS empowers individuals to achieve their personal goals, foster greater independence, and actively participate in their communities.

This funding model ensures that each participant receives the necessary resources to thrive, promoting inclusivity and enabling a better quality of life through tailored assistance and comprehensive support structures.

NDIS Support Services

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive support that empowers individuals with disabilities, enhancing their independence and quality of life. Here are three key NDIS support services:

Core Supports

Core Supports offers essential assistance for everyday activities and personal care, enabling participants to live independently and engage with their communities. This includes help with daily tasks, transportation, and social participation, all customised to individual needs.

Capacity Building Support

Capacity Building Supports enhance participants' skills and independence. These services target areas such as employment, health and well-being, social relationships, and everyday living skills, helping participants achieve long-term goals and greater self-reliance.

Supported Accommodation

Supported Accommodation provides a safe and comfortable living environment with personalised support services. This includes everyday assistance (24/7), tailored care plans, and opportunities for social interaction, ensuring participants can live independently while receiving the necessary care.
